WAWACS Wastewater Pumping Stations

The pumping station consists of two or more pumps connected in parallel to double the flow rate while maintaining constant pressure. If one pump fails, the system ensures continued operation. Pumps alternate starting to extend their lifespan and minimize water stagnation. An automatic control unit with a level regulator switches the pumps on and off based on the water level. The second pump is only activated during peak demands but can also be manually operated. To avoid settling of solids, an agitator can be integrated. The agitator runs when the pumps are active or triggered by a timer. The pumps and agitator are efficient, energy-saving, and quiet

Industrial wastewater is as individual as the operation it comes from. That is why every WAWACS project begins with a thorough analysis of your specific situation: What contaminants are present? What volumes need to be treated? What legal discharge limits must be met?
Based on this analysis, we work with you to determine the most suitable treatment process – whether flotation, sedimentation, neutralization or a combination of several stages. The result is a system precisely tailored to your requirements, designed for long-term reliable operation.
