Industrial Wastewater Treatment – Tailored to Your Needs

Industrial Wastewater Treatment Systems
Emulsion Splitting and Flotation Plants
Flotation plants are ideal for wastewater containing oils, emulsions and fine suspended solids — for example from vehicle workshops, laundries or metalworking operations.

Neutralization Plants
Neutralization plants regulate the pH value of acidic or alkaline wastewater – essential in electroplating, surface treatment and the chemical industry.
Pumping Stations
WAWACS pumping stations are individually designed, manufactured, and assembled for your specific application (including throughput, delivery head, and wastewater composition).
Control Panels
WAWACS manufactures custom control cabinets for a wide range of applications in plant engineering.
Sedimentation Plants
Sedimentation plants are used when solids and sludge can be separated by gravity — for example in semiconductor manufacturing or pipe production.

Sludge Dewatering
Sludge dewatering complements every wastewater system: belt filters and chamber filter presses reduce sludge volume significantly, lowering disposal costs.
