Neutralization Plants
Our Products and Solutions
WAWACS Neutralization Plants
The system automatically treats process water. Fault messages, such as low chemicals, pH value limits being exceeded, motor issues, maximum filling levels, or lack of compressed air, trigger a shutdown.
Water is collected in a tank, and a level sensor controls the supply pump.
The pH value is measured and regulated if it deviates. Dosing pumps add sodium hydroxide or sulfuric acid, which are mixed by an agitator to adjust the pH level. At the end of the process, the pH value is checked again and recorded.
Industrial wastewater is as individual as the operation it comes from. That is why every WAWACS project begins with a thorough analysis of your specific situation: What contaminants are present? What volumes need to be treated? What legal discharge limits must be met?
Based on this analysis, we work with you to determine the most suitable treatment process – whether flotation, sedimentation, neutralization or a combination of several stages. The result is a system precisely tailored to your requirements, designed for long-term reliable operation.
